We need positivity to fulfil our core emotional needs, which I like to think of as peace, love, and understanding. Negativity–in conversations, emotions, and actions–often springs from a threat to one of the three needs: a fear that bad things are going to happen, a fear of not being loved, or a fear of being disrespected.

These negative feelings seem to come out of us in the form of negative behaviours like comparisons, criticism and complains, then branch out into other emotions such as anger, stress, and feeling overwhelmed.

The truth is, people themselves are not negative; behaviours are. People are affected by negativity, which turns into negative behaviours. 

For example, there are constant comparisons; we might be told how our colleagues are better than us, how they meet their targets with ease while I am always late for my deadlines. Parents might guilt trip how my sister is more caring for them. Spouse might find the neighbour’s wife hotter, younger.  Comparison sometimes, used as a tool for encouraging others to do better in life. So, there is constant comparison between siblings, among peers, with cousins etc.

I believe it’s a complete fallacy, because behind every comparison the implicit message is ‘you are not good enough’. So, comparison is essentially criticism. All that it does is chips at one’s sense of self worth.

Truth is, people criticise to create emotional distance, to feel better about themselves or because they envy others.

Our brains are designed to work to make us more like those that we are around. If we are around negativity, we will become more negative. If we surround ourselves with uplifting people and messages, we will become more positive. 

What happens when we don’t have a choice? Sometimes the negative people in our lives are family members or work colleagues. This makes it even more important to know how to deal with the negativity so that we don’t absorb it. 

Have a open mind, act positive and feel gratitude for the good things happen to you. Positive thinking is that, rather than criticise show people how to do things, show respect or mind your own business. Show praise and empathy rather than criticise.

The next devil is Complain! For example, with parents, it’s a continuous lament about the good old days and how today’s generation is so laidback and useless. Complainers find something wrong with anything. Nothing will ever be good enough for them. It doesn’t matter if someone does everything right, complainers will always find a way to pick it apart. Complainers focus on the negative and fail to see all of the amazing things around them.

When you throw negative energy at another human being, you are hurting him or her, whether you realise it or not. At the same time, you are throwing negative energy out in the universe for yourself. What you put out is what you get back.

Accept that everyone is unique, skillfull, and beautiful in his/her own way. Their purpose of life is different, and we should appreciate for what they are and respect their choices.

Happiness, wealth, love, friendship, health, or success are leaves or branches of Peace. Sow peace and If you manage to find this peace within, you will definitely have Joy. And this inner joy would bring you everything you want in or from your life.

Happiness and peace also come through simple things you love, such as reading a good book, being with people you love, travelling, or a hobby. You can enjoy many moments of peace every day, when you do small, simple things you love and through acts of gratitude. Think about solutions, not about problems.

1. In mild infections, normal medicine can be cured.

2. Oxygen and ventilator are required for savior infection.

What does HRCT Score mean?

Due to corona infection, inflammation occurs on the sacs that absorb oxygen, and phlegm in them. Someone who seems to be inferior to another person infield of beauty intellect, etc.

While performing CT SCAN, his score is removed by seeing how many parts of the lungs are infected by doing 25 parts of it.

That is, the higher the score, the greater the difficulty in taking oxygen and the higher the risk.

   1.  Plants and humans have a common ancestor. If you back long enough, you will reach a point in time and evolutionary history, where animals and plants didn't exist as we know them today, but they were something else. Actually, we, as animals, are more related to fungi than we are to plants. So, the group animal-fungi connects with the group plants. The fungi-animal group connect with plants around 1.6k millions of years ago, almost at the beginning of the tree. A little time before the group of fungi-animal-plants branched from the archaea group, which split a little time before from the bacteria group.

 2.  Humans share a high percentage of DNA with bananas – we also share 85 percent DNA with a mouse and 61 percent with a fruit fly. But with bananas, we share about 50 percent of our genes, which turns out to be only about 1 percent of our DNA. Humans likely share about 1 percent of their DNA with other fruits as well. "This is because all life that exists on earth has evolved from a single cell that originated about 1.6 billion years ago. In a sense, we are all relatives!"

3.     Plants and humans reproduce. They produce new plants and animals to replace themselves before they die. In trees, sex exists beyond the binary of female and male. Some, such as cedar, mulberry, and ash trees, are dioecious, meaning each plant is distinctly female or male. Others, such as oak, pine, and fig trees are monoecious, meaning they have male and female flowers on the same plant. It’s easy to identify female trees or parts—they’re the ones with seeds. And yet more, such as hazelnut and apple trees, produce “perfect” flowers that contain male and female parts within a single blossom.

4.    Just like humans, plants prefer to be near their children rather than plants of the same species who are not related to them. When plants share their pots, they get competitive and start growing more roots, which allows them to grab water and mineral nutrients before their neighbours get them. It appears, though, that they only do this when sharing a pot with unrelated plants; when they share a pot with family they don't increase their root growth.

   5.   Let's start with the basic structure of any living organism - the genome. The genome is a living thing's complete set of genetic information which it passes on to its children. The human genome is similar to that of  other animals and also to plant genomes. Both the human genome and plant genomes contain around 25,000 genes.

 6.   Inside the cells, we find that human cells and plant cells contain six identical organelles or active components  which include cell membranes, mitochondria and the nucleus. The presence of mitochondria means that both plants and humans have cellular respiration.

7.      Both humans and plants have highly developed immune systems. Plants have a similar response to bacterial infections to humans.

8.    The way humans and plants absorb food is similar. The human intestine and fertile soil both contain bacteria and fungi which help them to be healthy by killing harmful bacteria and breaking down substances to provide food. In the case of plants, bacteria and fungi help plants absorb nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. In the case of humans, they produce vitamins K and B7.

9.    Both have vascular tissues that serve a similar function: to carry necessary blood or nutrients throughout the organism. In humans, these tissues include blood vessels; in plants they are seen in barks and stems.

10.   A symbiotic relationship exists between trees and humans.  Humans breathe in oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide, while trees breathe in carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen. 

11.  Plants can't survive without animals or humans. Because, Reproduction is essential for the continuation of that species i.e for its survival. For that pollination is a must and should factor. 95% of the plants depend on zoophily for pollination (pollination by animals).

12.  Trees Have Feelings, Make Friends And Look After Each Other Like An Old Couple. Trees like to stand close together and cuddle. They love company. They can feel pain, [and] have emotions, such as fear.

13.   When injured, plants can cry for help via a chemical phone call to the roots. If under attack by a pathogen, such as disease-causing bacteria, a plant's leaf can send out an S.O.S. to the roots for help, and the roots will then secrete an acid that brings beneficial bacteria to the rescue

14.   Plants have exceptional abilities to respond to sunlight, gravity, wind, and even tiny insect bites, but (thankfully) their evolutionary successes and failures have not been shaped by suffering, just simple life and death.

15.   Plants have visual capabilities we just do not understand yet. For instance, as reported in 2014 in Current Biology, the climbing wood vine Boquila trifoliolata can modify its leaves to mimic the colors and shapes of its host plant. Although the evidence for eyelike structures in higher plants remains limited, it is growing.

16.  Biologists believe that trees speak a language we can learn. They speak constantly, even if quietly, communicating above- and underground using sound, scents, signals, and vibes. In fact, the relationships between trees and other lifeforms are reflected in Waorani language. throughout literary and musical history there are references to the songs of trees, and the way they speak: whispering pines, falling branches, crackling leaves, the steady hum buzzing through the forest. Their soul goes into shock leading for one of them to become enlightened through a conscious effort, ultimately the person that went away returns after a soul awareness and deep recognition from their intuitive heart and the karma is finally resolved.

This is when the split soul becomes one again. First it happens at the level of the soul and then on the physical level, that is when they get married. In rare cases the physical reunion is not part of the plan and they will attract the next soul mate. This time the next soul mate will be a complete soulmate, one that has gone through all this experience and it will be an eternal bliss of love.

The purpose of a soulmate relationship is to assist us in our awakening and self love. It is always the case. We have met our soulmate in a previous life and have experienced many lives together. Before we enter the next life we agreed to meet again to heal our karmic patterns and our past wounds.

Soulmates can be the catalyst needed to affect positive changes.

RESOLUTION AND RE-UNION

Before you can live in harmony and unconditional love with your twin flame, emotional and mental healing needs to take place. You must work on your karma. You must heal all of your unresolved past experiences in this life and past lives. A negative comment or action toward your partner will only hurt yourself. Remember the two of you are connected.

One must transcend the ego and learn and understand unconditional love to oneself and others. To let go of a codependency or ego based relationship. Have no need for the other to make you whole or complete, as you are already whole and complete although you may not realize it yet but as you evolve you will awake to this self realization.

When you both have healed negative emotions, you won’t compete with one another. You will love each other for your individuality and uniqueness.

There will not be any restrictions within the relationship. All is freedom without the need for ownership or control. The reunion happens when both are fully aware of their spiritual reality and enlightened at this time. There is perfect love and harmony. The twin flames now enjoy their sacred love and intimacy and have the power to create what their heart desires.

Note – If you want a loving relationship, don’t look for someone to make you happy. It doesn’t work. A partner might enhance love towards you, but you will still need to be ok with who you are. You need to be secure in yourself, know your worth and have your own way of rising above the challenges of life with certain emotional maturity.

I was told telepathically that sexuality has a major purpose to reconnect the twin souls and physical attraction is a big factor in each being reexamining and healing themselves. Finally in the end, all of us will be reunited with our twin flames whether it be in this life or the next one, depending on each other’s growth.

Use the Power of a DAILY ACTION LIST to Overcome FEAR and ACHIEVE your GOALS!

Create a BIG GOAL and every day you work, follow a positive action list.

It has been proven in many research studies that people who write down their goals DO achieve them and when we also add the power of the mind, decision and persistence with a planned daily action list, well then my friend you will be a legend in your career. It seems so simple, however not many people will stick to a plan or even write down any goals. Create a BIG GOAL and every day you work, follow a positive action list.

If you were told if you did this daily action list every single day for the next 30 days that there would be a pot of gold waiting for you, your dream coming to life, would you do it?

YES, I am sure that you would. But many people say they will and then after a few days give up. Be one of the 3% group who NEVER GIVES UP.

When you first begin doing a daily action list you will find that projects in the past that seemed impossible to complete will now be completed and ahead of time. Your life will begin to have clarity and order and your success will begin flowing. You will be able to accomplish more with less time. No more doing things just to be busy. Doing this list WILL help you in ways that will seem miraculous.

Instructions

Write down your daily action list at night. You will do your daily list every evening for thirty days. Why write your list in the evening? Because as you are sleeping your sub-conscious mind will help you attract opportunities and creative ideas for those actions to come to fruition. It will help you be self-propelled to take positive enthusiastic action the next day.

Tape your action list up on a wall where you work each day and highlight each action that is completed with a bright yellow highlighter after each is completed. We recommend you write down the hardest action first. You will find that making that call you have been putting off early in the morning after you have meditated and completed your spiritual practices will no longer scare you. Calling anybody for any reason will now seem like fun. Doing the actions that you don’t like or that intimidate you first will help you gain light and power. You know those things that you keep putting off.

Research has proven that doing this will accelerate your dreams into action faster than you could ever realize. You will no longer be a procrastinator; you will be a doer not a wishful thinker. A quickening of good will begin to appear in your life. If you have not completed the six items on your list by the end of the evening add what was not completed to the next day’s list. Do not beat yourself up too much (maybe a little bit ☺) if you haven’t done them all. Say to yourself, “This is so simple. It is worth it to me. I will have clarity. I will know what I’ve done. I will stay clear. I will be getting things done that are helping me achieve my dreams towards success. I am committed to taking these positive actions on my daily action list. I know that each detail is just as important as any other.”

You know the saying, “God is in the details”! Do each action with total focus and impeccability. Doing each action with love, focus and impeccability will also keep you mindful. If you find you are not doing all of the things on your DAILY LIST, perhaps you’ve put up one action step that is too big to be one action. This is not goal setting; these are actions to help you complete your goals.

Here is an example of a goal as opposed to an action:

“Today I will create a website and put a streamed video of me on my website for customers to get to know me and our services.” This is a goal, NOT an individual action. Instead we recommend one action towards this website goal could be, “Buy domain name today” for the next day, “Find web designer”, for the following day, “Get a photograph of myself looking amazing for the homepage of my website”, for the fourth day, “Hire a camera and video myself sharing who I am and how my service has so many benefits”, for the fifth day “Have video compressed at local video editors to stream onto my website”, and sixth day “Write copy for the home page,” etc…

Beginning to get how this works?

Now with this example it could take a week to a month working on the preliminary action steps for completing your Website.

NOW can you see how working with a simple daily action list will have you in no time at all achieving the project you wish to start and complete. You don’t list a project/goal as one item on your DAILY LIST. Instead, break it down into action steps.  By breaking down your goals into manageable pieces you will find that your six things will be very easy to do. DO NOT overwhelm yourself by putting more than six items on your DAILY LIST. Just do one thing at a time.

The reason we have indicated a numbered day (30 in total) for each DAILY LIST is because you will want to make sure that you do this list every single day for a full consecutive 30 days. That’s right, seven days a week. This way it will become an easy thing to do and will no longer feel like a discipline. It will be just as easy as brushing your teeth and showering. It will become a new positive habit. After the initial 30 days, you can do four or five days a week if that is what you choose to do, however doing this list for the first time in a consecutive thirty days, will create an amazing NEW Habit, a new Positive Paradigm and increase your clarity and your results exponentially. You will FEEL SO GOOD about yourself because YOU DID IT!

If you do miss a day, you have to start over from day one. Even if it is at day twenty five, if you miss one day, you have to begin at Day One until a full thirty days is completed. 1.     Sit Down to Drink Water Rather than Standing

The correct way to drink water is to sit down with a glass of water, and drink it sip by sip. By sitting and drinking, your muscles and nervous system is much more relaxed and helps the nerves to digest food and other fluids easily. Your kidneys also pace the filtration process while sitting.

How is never our worry, the way How will appear once we have made a REAL DECISION to go for it. Things that before looked impossible now become possible. Do not ask God how this works, take action and make a decision.

Yes, DECISION is a single mental move you can make which in a millisecond will solve enormous challenges for you. It has the potential to improve almost any personal or business situation you will ever encounter, and it can literally propel you down the path to incredible success.

The person who does permit it to exist will become very despondent and virtually incapable of any type of productive activity. It is obvious that anyone who finds themselves in such a mental state is not living; at best they are merely existing. A decision or a series of decisions would change everything. A very basic law of the universe is; create or disintegrate. Indecision causes disintegration. How often have you heard a person say, “I don’t know what to do?” How often have you heard yourself say, “What should I do?”

Think about some of the indecisive feelings you and virtually everyone else on this planet experience from time to time. Love them/leave them. Leave/Stay. Do it/don’t do it. Go to work/Watch TV. Buy it/don’t buy it. Say it/don’t say it. Tell them/don’t tell them. Everyone, on occasion, has experienced these feelings of ambivalence.

So, make decisions based on what YOU WANT and then do not change your mind and do not let the appearances or other people influence you.

Because you are already giving your life for what you are doing.

What are you doing?

What are you trading your life for?

Are you making a fair trade?

Remember, whatever you are doing was your decision. Or was it? Or was it?

You could possibly be one of those poor people who have been wandering in the foothills leaving the decisions of where you are going and what you are doing with your life to other people. Just following, always following. That is where most people live. If that is the case, that’s OK.

Don’t let it bother you for one more valuable second of your marvelous life. Forgive yourself and that way of life.

Just let it go forever.

Those who reach DECISIONS promptly and definitely, know what they want, and generally get it. The leaders in every walk of life DECIDE quickly, and firmly. That is the major reason why they are leaders. The world has the habit of making room for the man whose words and actions show that he knows where he is going.

INDECISION is a habit which usually begins in youth. The habit takes on permanency as the youth goes through graded school, high school, and even through college, without DEFINITENESS OF PURPOSE. The major weakness of all educational systems is that they neither teach nor encourage the habit of DEFINITE DECISION.

It would be beneficial if no college would permit the enrollment of any student, unless and until the school declared his major purpose in matriculating. It would be of still greater benefit, if every student who enters the graded school were compelled to accept training in the HABIT OF DECISION, and forced to pass a satisfactory examination on this subject before being permitted to advance in the grades.

The habit of INDECISION acquired because of the deficiencies of our school systems, goes with the student into the occupation he choses. ..IF..in fact, he choses his occupation. He takes the first place he finds, because he has fallen into the habit of INDECISION. Ninety-eight out of every hundred people working for wages today, are in the positions they hold, because they lacked the DEFINITENESS OF DECISION to PLAN A DEFINITE POSITION, and the knowledge of how to choose an employer.

DEFINITENESS OF DECISION always requires courage, sometimes very great courage. The person who reaches a DEFINITE DECISION to procure the particular job, and make life pay the prices he asks, does not stake his life on that decision; he stakes his economic freedom. Financial independence, riches, desirable business and professional positions are not within reach of the person who neglects or refuses to EXPECT, PLAN, and DEMAND these things.

At this point you could be asking yourself, “How is a person expected to develop this mental ability?” Well, there is an answer for you. You must do it on your own.

Decision making is definitely a worthwhile subject to study and a mental discipline you can master.

Decision making could be compared to a number of mental disciplines like thinking, Imagineering, meditating or concentrating. Each one, when developed, brings with it tremendous rewards. The person who makes the decision to strengthen these mental muscles receives as their reward what is often considered a charmed life. You can virtually eliminate conflict and confusion in your life by becoming proficient in making decisions. Decision making brings order to your mind. And of course, this order is reflected in your objective world, your results.
